These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HORO, operated by Right7Video Technologies. By accessing or using HORO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Service.
Binding Agreement: By downloading, installing, or using HORO, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Updates to Terms: Right7Video Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Additional Policies: These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to those additional policies.
Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use HORO. Users between 13–18 must have parental consent. By registering, you confirm you meet the age requirement.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to keep your account information up-to-date.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately at support@right7video.com of any unauthorized access.
One Account Policy: Each person may only create one HORO account. Duplicate accounts or accounts created on behalf of banned users are prohibited.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content you create and upload to HORO. By posting, you grant Right7Video Technologies a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content to operate the Service.
Prohibited Content: You must NOT upload content that contains nudity or sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, spam, misinformation, malware, illegal activities, content exploiting minors, or content that violates any intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Conduct: You must NOT impersonate others, use automated bots, scrape platform data, manipulate metrics (views, likes, followers), send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.
Content Removal: HORO reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
HORO Platform: The HORO app, its design, logo, graphics, and source code are the exclusive property of Right7Video Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the HORO app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
DMCA / Copyright Complaints: If you believe your copyrighted content has been infringed on HORO, contact copyright@right7video.com with a description of the work, its location on HORO, your contact information, and a good-faith statement.
User Trademark: You may not use the HORO name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
Coins System: HORO uses virtual "Coins" that can be purchased with real money. Coins have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash by regular users.
Virtual Gifts: Users may send virtual gifts to creators. Creators receive "Creator Coins" which can be withdrawn as real money, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and identity verification.
No Refunds: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to payment errors.
Withdrawal Policy: Creator withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts, processing fees, identity verification, and review for compliance with our anti-fraud policies. We reserve the right to withhold payments pending investigation of suspected fraud.
Currency Expiry: Coins in accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may expire after advance notice.
Content Standards: All live streams must comply with our Community Guidelines. Prohibited live content includes adult/sexual content, graphic violence, dangerous activities, harassment, illegal activities, and misleading/fraudulent content.
PK Battles: PK battle results are determined solely by HORO's gift counting system. Any attempt to manipulate PK results is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Streaming Violations: Violations of live streaming rules may result in immediate stream termination, temporary ban from live streaming, or permanent account suspension depending on severity.
As-Is Service: HORO is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
No Liability for User Content: Right7Video Technologies is not responsible for any user-generated content, or for any harm resulting from other users' actions, content, or interactions on HORO.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right7Video Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
Your Right to Terminate: You may delete your HORO account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Our Right to Terminate: We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or for conduct harmful to users or our platform, with or without prior notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use HORO ends immediately. Content may be deleted and any unused coins or pending withdrawals may be forfeited in cases of policy violations.
Appeals: If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support@right7video.com. We review all appeals within 7 business days.
Be Respectful: Treat all users with kindness and respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and targeted abuse are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.
Be Authentic: Don't impersonate others, spread false information, or create fake accounts. Your profile should represent you honestly.
Be Safe: Don't share personal contact details publicly. Report suspicious behavior using the in-app report feature. Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7.
Be Legal: Only share content that complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Illegal content is removed immediately and reported to authorities when required.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at support@right7video.com to resolve disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team.
Arbitration: For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
Class Action Waiver: You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Right7Video Technologies.
